Return Policy
*Any customized or otherwise modified product ordered per the customer's specifications may not be exchanged, returned or refunded for any reason other than manufacturing defects.  This defect must be confirmed by Elk River Harmonicas upon inspection.
Elk River Harmonicas will be happy to discuss the customer's needs in detail before an order is made to assure customer satisfaction. 

*Customers may return any unmodified, unplayed product due to manufacturing defects within two weeks of the customer receiving the product.  Elk River Harmonicas reserves the right to examine the product to verify the defect and that instruments have not been played before issuing a replacement or refund, which are issued at the sole discretion of Elk River Harmonicas.

*In cases of manufacturing defect Elk River Harmonicas reserves the right to issue a replacement of the product.  The customer is entitled to a refund if the item is replaced three times or more due to a manufacturing defect.  

*Any DVD, CD or other audio and video recordings may not be returned if the packaging seal is broken.

* Elk River Harmonicas reserves the right to return any instrument that is sent in for repair and is excessively dirty, i.e. bits of food, extreme nastiness, etc. inside.

* Prices are subject to change.

*All prices stated on the Web site (except for Optimized models) are based on the Minimum Advertised Price Seydel allows its dealers to offer. In the case of a discrepency (i.e. an inadvertant typo on the Elk River site), the Seydel M.A.P. price will be the correct price. If you do notice an error, please let me know as soon as possible, so I can correct. Thanks!

Accepted Methods of Payment

The preferred method of payment is paypal, but we also gladly accept POSTAL money orders by mail. All money orders must be issued by the U.S. Post Office. 

NO CASH

Elk River Harmonicas does, under no circumstances whatsoever accept cash payment by mail, nor does it accept responsibility whatsoever for any cash that might have been sent in the mail. DO NOT SEND CASH.

 IMPORTANT:

 The Elk River Harmonicas warranty serves to compliment, not replace the warranty of C.A. Seydel Sohne, GMBH. In some instances, based on the discrection of Elk River Harmonicas, a repair may be performed or a replacement issued on your behalf - in others, Elk River Harmonicas will work with C.A. Seydel, GMBH, on your behalf for warranty service or replacement. Please understand that, as a general rule, reeds are not automatically covered by warranty.
